great coach who will work out well for us is a lot easier said than done.

Actually, it was a lot harder to do when Pinkel stepped down. It was after our BLM fiasco. Hiring a seasoned, high quality coach in that environment would have taken a LOT more cash than Mizzou was ready to spend.

Even after Odom, our admin was not about to try and snatch a proven, high caliber coach.
