It was the government, aka appointed judges of the govt., that made this entire system possible. Nobody is going to legislate because one school, like Mizzou, can’t match the spending of most of the league they chose to join.

It’s pure fantasy the Dems especially and the GOP too want to take money out of the pocket of largely African American and women athletes. I’m not even sure what they would ban? That an athlete can’t trade his NIL to score some green? No way.

It’s not happening.
