if there were no salary cap or contract/free agency restrictions in the NFL?

What if NY, LA, Chicago, Dallas, etc, could buy up all the best players each year?...

You see, Mizzou (and its donors) will never have the kind of money that at least 20 other schools have. They will always be able to outbid us.
