NIL doesn’t need fixed. It’s up to each individual school to decide what it wants to be and who they want to associate with. Based on spending, MU has decided to say SEC! a lot while largely losing and being in bottom 25% of SEC schools in sports spending. The set up is a Mizzou in SEC problem not a college (which can organize itself how it wants in varying leagues and levels) and certainly not an NFL problem.
