In addition to being publicly subsidized with stadium deals, pro leagues are legally protected cartels.

Salary caps and drafts are inherently anti-competitive and anti free-market.

NIL changes nothing except lets players earn their value on the marketplace. CFB was already top-heavy and tilted toward a few programs.
