Point, counter point. Perhaps we need to cap total amounts allowed per student per school per contributor. Tie it to the school, non transferable if student leaves or is dismissed, with contributors prohibited from further support of same student. Dangerous ground however you look at it. Remember the BS in Texas. SMU, TCU, they bought the best players around. That form of capitalism does not work bribery and corruption fail.
