Bull**** the best teachers are the ones that the kids learn the most from and are great communicators that think outside the box. I have seen them being harassed by other teachers and administrators. If a teacher has students that the kids like, learn from and test well. But doesn't always go along with the flow then he or she be gone. didn't you teach in Hickman Mills? They probably will not fire anyone unless they had sex with a student in the classroom because no one would want to teach there. I have taught in large districts and small districts in several states. I recall a district that had a Superintendent that hired Principles and teachers and when he left they started to fire everyone that was hired by him. It didn't matter why?
