I agree my EX-wife was Union and told about how the older Dead weight Union workers did nothing and grifted and the newbies had to carry the load ... She then Changed companies and was in Management and had to deal with Union employee's and it was a nightmare for the Business end. The rules and regs that had to be followed just to fill a employee call in was beyond stupid... had to give every person who worked that line on a different shift a call to allow them to fill that slot... they couldn't even bring a employee over from another line after they had filled their production quota and was doing nothing until all those other employees had been called and turned down the opportunity. And that was even half the stupid rules.

Unions are in the Business of and they are a business themselves and focused on making money for themselves(union leaders) by grifting dues from workers and justifying their existence by demanding insane benefits and pay from companies.
