rep, don't remember his actual title. His job had nothing to do with the final product. All he did was make sure that bad workers continued to get paid.

If anything his job hindered the final product. Many of those bad withers could have been replaced with better workers if he were not there to stop it.

Unions had their time in history, that time had passed. There are now laws in place to do most of what unions once we're responsible for.
