Try to change the schools. I remember Eastgate Middle in NKC district hired a new principle and that school turned around so fast. I could not believe it, those kids changed from Gremlins to cute little fairly responsible kids. I didn't teach at that school but knew of the situation. In order for this to succeed everyone has to be on board.
