I retired from the State of Missouri and moved to Florida in the Public school system for 5 years. I could not understand why or how the districts were getting away with what they were doing to the teachers and why didn't the Union stand up for them. This was hurting the teachers as well as the students, especially in the special education system.

Please explain why this message is being reported.
