is that all the kids want to be there. If you set standards from day one the players will meet them. In almost 40 seasons of coaching I only had to throw a small number of kids off my teams.

One of my old administrators had a plaque on the wall that read 'Discipline is something you do for a child, not to a child.' I agree 100%
