Dude I am a SPED and I was a director for Hillsborough county school district. SPED teacher's are members of the Union as well and their working conditions need to be addressed. When they are not addressed it really has an affect on the students behavior and education. Such as Case load and not having a director that is handy to help them organize the meetings and such. Plus they should have to protect the teachers from violence. Hillsborough was a lot better then Pasco.
