The 10/20% are not worth the effort and a lost cause. Eventually as I said AI will replace the Teacher and the 80/90% will be taught cheaply and efficiently.

The issue is do you take the rest of the students and send them to the streets and the Prison system or do you try to condition them for other types of employment from a early stage of life?
