For whatever reason, Cuonzo's most productive players have been the ones he inherited from Kim or who transferred in from another coach.

Geist.
Barnett.
Kassius.
Dru Smith.
etc.

The players he recruited out of high school developed slower than molasses, but faster than they would have under Kim and other D-2 coaches.
