Two things.
You need the locals.

You need some students in those great A section seats they had at hearnes so students can have a chance at a great game experience in college and build a great base of future alumni that will keep donating and buying tickets. Don't tell me those seats at the end under the basket are worth a **** because they aren't. I'm going to say they've lost a generation.
