we were pioneers and leaders in de-emphasizing it before anyone else. But I agree, I don't think its realistic that MU basketball ever really returns to what it was. It might be competitive on a national level again at some point depending on how the game evolves, but it will be different and the landscape will have changed. I don't suspect the student support will ever really return.
