well if not better than most of the schools you listed, with probably the exception of Wiscy and Iowa.

Frank Martin and SC have been to one tournament in his 9 seasons (granted it was a very good run).

Iowa State won 2 games last season. Minnesota just fired their coach because they are doing awful.

We can certainly hope to do better than most of those examples.
