MU started the next season 10-1 and climbed to #7 in the polls despite only returning 1 player from the prior years roster. We were waiting for our preseason All American to rejoin the team and also about to get a huge scoring boost as a midseason addition from a transfer from Oregon who would lead the SEC in scoring the next season. Even though the freshman class was considerably impacted by the Miami investigation Haith was far from done and was in fact still thriving at that point.
