Tony Harvey your associate head coach. That is definitely not what Quin tried to create a MU.

My opinion on Quin's downfall is that he was very smart but didn't yet possess the wisdom needed to recognize that he was surrounding himself with a staff that all had very similar strengths to himself. So he was left with nobody to mitigate his weaknesses or to really challenge his way of thinking. The things Quin was bad at, MU basketball was bad at. And the things that Quin was good at he just had staff that could do those same things.
