coach his entire career. What we are seeing now is not a bad run, this is the coach we hired.

Mizzou gave him a top 20 salary, he had facilities that had just been upgraded a couple of years before, the program had the SECN contract along with the money and exposure that brings. Add the best HS player in the nation wishing to play there and you would have had multiple options.

For multiple reasons Sterk focused in on CM and never made an effort to persue a better option.
