he was "hungry" and put the work in on the recruiting trail. He was also younger and could relate to recruits better because of that.

Now he's older, richer, and coasting to retirement a.k.a. the remainder of his current contract running out.

And this isn't speculation, he told us what he's doing in a recent interview (again, he's not very smart). "I got enough money to live the rest of my life... I ain't worried bout losin' my job."
