work harder concept. I think Cuonzo puts forth a great deal of effort and passion, its just misattributed or misplaced. He works very hard on the sidelines encouraging effort, but it doesn't really translate to execution because he mostly doesn't have the aptitude to drive execution. Recruiting is about focusing a finite amount of time on the right players with the right strategies and conveying the right vision for them to buy in. You can put a huge amount of effort into recruiting and come up with almost no results.
