schools make the tourney every year.

If you use Kenpom as a metric here are CMs finishes.

'21 - 47

'20 - 97

'19 - 68

'18 - 40

You can argue Kenpom ratings but any other metric would show the same thing. The program under CM has not been successful. Unless your argument is that 63rd place finish in average is success.
