"I've changed my eating and am more active and I've only lost 1 lb in a week!
Then they get frustrated and go back to old ways. I've even fallen into the trap.
But reality is, 1 lb a week would be 13 lbs per season, and usually it takes the body and metabolism time to adjust to new habits, so you lose at a higher rate later.
