weighed everything via MyFitnessPal. I had one meal that I would consider bad when we had Minksys for dinner. Otherwise, it was pretty simple cooking. Usually, some sous vided meat with a vegetable and some sort of small carb like a roll. My only thought is that maybe I need to cut my sodium to reduce the amount of water I'm retaining.
