I know you guys are all into your quack diets with various claims. And I'm sure that inflammation takes a role in how one's metabolism works. But in the end, it's still a process of calories in and out. I fully understand that 100 calories of dextrose is completely different than 100 calories of DHA. But it still requires the increase in 1 degree Celsius for 100 ml of water to burn off both. Are you more likely to do that with the DHA? Yes. But it still requires the same amount of energy.
