week. According to my Apple Watch, I burned 3900 calories a day last week. I ate about 2500 calories a day on average. And I somehow gained 1.5 lbs. I'm not sure how the hell that happened but it's discouraging as hell when according to CICO, I should have lost 2.5 lbs.
