You're right that I shouldn't characterize an entire fan base according to Tigerboard. I should also mention radio show calls (and show hosts!), newspaper letters, comments to sports news stories, and Facebook posts and tweets.

Meh, I think I've got the pulse. I know everyone isn't like that and they're just the most vocal/verbal, but it's still prevalent and annoying.
