has named other schools by name that had contacted him. They have not been charged with tampering.

I'm not even sure that is against the rules for schools to contact assistant coaches about job openings.

I believe for the most part, as a courtesy school ask for permission to speak to assistant coaches. But I don't believe its a rule or anything.

Not 100% on that though.
