Mostly against minor conferences.
Here are the results against major conferences.
SEC vs Big 1G
Against upper half of conference: 1-0
Against bottom half of conference: 1-1
SEC vs Big XII
Against upper half of conference: 0-1
Against bottom half of conference: 1-1
SEC vs ACC
Against upper half of conference: 1-1
Against bottom half of conference: 4-0
SEC vs Independents 0-1
Against minor conferences they did very well like most major conferences but still had the notable Vanderbilt loss to Georgia State.
The SEC beat up on the bottom half of the ACC pretty well but didn't do nearly as well against the B12
Clearly, the SEC is the best conference in football. Nobody is disputing that. But are they that much better. Probably not.
