Sankey was the commissioner when he designed the 12 team playoff. He also approved ou and texas into the league

He should have know what he was getting into. Now that things aren't working to his liking, he wants to change the rules to a quota. F that Bama, A&M and Ole Miss weren't "cannibalized" They lost to teams they "shouldn't have" Tough luck, maybe next year.
