county of Maryland, where you are unlikely to find a judge that is impartial on firearms. Your acknowledgment that other jurisdictions may have more gun friendly judges just underscores the absurdity of validating red flag laws based on "due process" alone.
But, hey, them's the breaks when it comes to due process. Just pray for the most impartial judge possible.
