If that is the case, why did we not see what happened in NYC happen in places in California?

If they go back to their medical records, like what was the potential number of people that could have been exposed that went through medical/ventilation/death?

from the early results of the antibodies, it suggests it is somewhat true (like 2-5% had antibodies), but still much lower than New York.

Or, as has been suggested...California outbreaks came from Asia, and NYC outbreak came from Europe...a potential mutation in Europe?

It is good to have new data, but also brings more questions.
