Another false premise. There have been plenty of people that live their entire lives without having sex, but you cannot live a long life without air, water or food.
As to priests and baptists getting busy outside of marriage, humans are weak and make mistakes, and others don't believe what they preach, so they do what they want.
I agree with you that a Christian's motivation for doing the right thing SHOULD come from within based on Biblical study and guidance from the Holy Spirit, but again, we are weak, and sometimes the social stigma of having others see our foibles can add an additional measure of assistance in doing the right thing.
It seems to me you're failing to acknowledge that as a Christian we start from a place of desiring to follow God's will above our will.
