It's felt through spirit and the measured by the fruit of the spirit.

Christ's love is liberatory and asks us to die to ourselves daily. Die to our ego. Die to our assumptions. Die to our righteous indignation. Die to our judgements of others. Die to what impedes our ability to BE the fruit of the spirit.
