KC to be included in the holy trinity of BBQ which has always been Memphis, Texas & North Carolina.

With STL BBQ & then KC, I suppose, following.

With STL rapid emergence in the modern BBQ era to the top, it has allowed KC to ride it’s coattails for a regional/state brand & enter into the holy trinity of BBQ.
