The St. Paul Sandwich, while invented in STL, was created by a guy from St. Paul, Minnesota that was working in one of STL’s notorious Chop Suey restaurants & are absolutely awful.

Love eggs & breakfast sandwiches & thought it might be ok. Many moons ago I found out how wrong it was to make that connection 🤮.
