“modern era” of STL BBQ that has grown exponentially after Pappy’s & the lines at the original on Olive in Olivette were as crazy as Pappy’s.

They have since also grown exponentially & are now becoming a national chain. Like other STL restaurant chains, there is soon to be one in KC soon.

For now multiple in STL & Metro East (IL), Springfield (MO), Cedar Rapids (IA), Dallas (TX), Denver (CO) & Jacksonville (FL).

As they say, their BBQ is from the holy trinity of BBQ - STL/KC, Memphis & Texas.
