STL BBQ is Missouri BBQ. Been that way for a long time.

Oh & STL leads the way in as the country’s leader in Bio, Agri, Fin & Geospatial Tech. Top 12 in Fortune 500 Companies & Top 6 in Fortune 1000 companies. It is booming in development, business & leads every business dynamic for Missouri. With the County & City merged, it will be the 11th largest city in the country.

Meanwhile, KC doesn’t have company other than McDonald’s franchise left.

Here, check this if you want to see the massive difference between STL & it’s submarket KC. All STL does is lead in Missouri & the region (always has, always will):

When you combine STL County & the City of STL alone, it produces more than 2x the GDP than lil KC. If you add St. Charles at #5, not to mention any of the other 14 counties in STL’s MSA, which are ahead of anything in the Western side of the state, it balloons to exponentially more. It becomes a difference like NYC to Poughkeepsie.

Ignorance may be the 2nd biggest export for KC behind Inferiority Complex.
