for outside STL, lol.

STL, like everything else, is carrying kc in BBQ now & so it’s appropriate that a STL national chain would list the type of regional BBQ they serve, founded & headquartered in STL.

Now nationally known as STL/KC BBQ. As you know, kc bbq isn’t popular or known enough nationally to be a national chain. It took STL BBQ to allow for a regional brand to coined, so that it could be recognized nationally.

No need to get hysterically defensive. You should be used to patronizing STL national chains & companies. It’s second nature really!
