They aren't just showing up and getting handfuls of cash in McDonalds bags.

They get contracts, will pay taxes, be treated like every other employee. If someone gets caught giving them money in a pay to play or for recruiting advantages then the same thing will happen as it's supposed to today.

If illegal payments happen and kids or boosters get caught it's not just breaking NCAA rules anymore. It's gonna fall under IRS and business issues where people can start serving jail time.
