How are they enforcing their rules now?

It's always happened and always will happen as long as theirs cheaters in charge. The schools paying players illegally now will continue to illegally pay players. This isn't going to change that. At least kids have the option of getting paid legally now. Why would anyone automatically be opposed to that?

Do you think if the NCAA voted against it today that Kansas, LSU, and all the others cheating are going to start going by the rules all of a sudden?

Please explain why this message is being reported.
