Subscribe to the WSJ, great article but it ain't free. My understanding is that the Supreme Court said there could not be limits on remuneration related to education - better computers, nicer dorms, better food, free graduate programs, etc. I don't think this is pure pay for play yet.

Please explain why this message is being reported.
