I'll take a look at these later when I get a chance, but what makes these hypothetical scenarios far-fetched is that the existing power conferences — in particular the Big Ten, Pac-12, and SEC — would never go along with it.

For example, Ohio State isn't going to leave the Big Ten, and the Big Ten isn't going to kick out Northwestern or Purdue. And the only schools the Big Ten would be interested in adding are Notre Dame and UVA. They'd also take UNC but the Tarheels aren't leaving the ACC... ever.

Please explain why this message is being reported.
