I like how CCM stresses defense...I think he knows the game. But the game is about talent and his lack of ability to $$$ talent limits his ceiling as a coach. I think he is well aware of that and is fine with being somewhat competitive and drawing his money and trying to graduate players. I believe the Athletic Dept. is more than happy with that approach.
