an argument. However there may be points people can disagree with but your overall conclusion is really hard to argue except with hope and speculation. I've never thought he was anything but a middle of the pack coach with no longevity at any stop. Hopefully establishing some stability here would give him the opportunity to do better. However he got it done it can't be denied that to have taken the program to 2 NCAA Tournaments in 4 years is a good job based on where the program was. Here's the other side of it. That is good on the surface but you have to show progress towards doing better but some see the program stuck in neutral or reverse. The other thing is there have been games left on the table (5 this year alone) that could have put him and the team in a better position. As trends go you have to applaud the 13-3 start but you can't ignore the 3-10 finish to the unstable roster right now. That's totally on coaching no matter how you try and paint it. So it's a mixed bag left to each fan to view which way they feel it's headed. I'm in the hopeful camp but not willing to give a heavy endorsement. I said a while ago before all the transfer I didn't think the team next year would be as bad as most thought. It still might not be but the prospects have been seriously muddled.
