job articulating what I meant. No doubt he gets credit both in terms of identifying and developing those transfers from lower levels. I just worry his luck in doing so may run out and not be repeatable.

He has been very unfortunate in terms of injuries during his time at MU. But in terms of getting production from transfers from smaller programs and having the amazing fortune of a guy like Tilmon playing 4 college seasons he has also been amazingly fortunate.
