I said earnings from anything they choose to endorse would be distributed to all student-athletes through revenue-sharing. That would benefit *all* student-athletes and help to preserve parity and competitiveness across the FBS.

Eligibility for NCAA competition would require an agreement that any NIL proceeds would go to a shared fund that's distributed evenly or proportional to playing time. Any player can opt-out of that agreement, but they would no longer be eligible for NCAA competition.
