none of it would go to the NCAA, conferences, or schools.

The vast majority of players would, collectively, agree to this kind of revenue sharing... since it means most of them would get something instead of nothing. Maybe there would need to be a players union for this to happen, then any individual player who doesn't like the terms can opt-out and go pro.
